The Ripple is a visitor center loacated at little india, brickfield, malaysia. This vistior center give people a very special experience because it’s not build for visual, but for human other 4 senses which is touch, smell, hear and taste. Because the intention of this visitor center is for normal people to experiencing blind in the dark at the same time raise the awearness of blind facility in the brickfield or whole malaysia

In this project, the assigned task is to generate an urban intervention proposal, conditoned with a pre-determined waterfront site as know as Pesisir Payang in Kuala Terengganu. The urban intervention shall pinned point in between entire strech of promenade that bordering the reclamation territory of Pesisir Payang.

P4 - LENORA HOTEL / RDMA
(PRECEDENT STUDY)
The project is a network of an on-going hotel construction from the previous design that actually has already in topping off position. Basically the client wanted to recompose the almost finish facade to seamlessly connect all the seemingly undesired result, such as the very obvious four balconies exposed from the main road, and tackle groups of air-con machine stick to the perimeter wall exposed from the side road.

P4 - MIYUAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL / JAXDA
(PRECEDENT STUDY)
Miyuan hotel is a 22 room boutique hotel pretends visitors could feel the passage of time and the contact with nature. The site is located hidden in the mountains of Anhui, adjacent to the mouth of a dam and its river, surrounded by hiking tracks for exploration of the bamboo forest. The project adapts the unused buildings around giving them different functions to fill the needs of the hotel needs.

P5 - KUALA TERENGGANU
(SITE ANALYSIS)
Our chosen site is an amalgamation of 3 lots, 1761, 1762 and 3540. It is currently occupied by the Banhunan Mara, a parking lots it is bound by 3 roads, namely Jalan Masjid Abidin, Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin and Jalan Tok Lam. It is located adjacent to the compound of Istana Maziah As wall within walking distance of Pasar Payang, Dataran Shahbandar and Chinatowan.

In this project, the assigned task is to design a medium-scale urban green hotel in heart of the city of Kuala Terengganu, within walking distance to the important landmarks of the city such as the Istana Maziah, Pasar Payang and Bukit Puteri, and adjacent to the Kuala Terengganu waterfront.

Our Chosen site is located in the suburb of Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Lot 294 is a plot of land situated in Bangsar that was currently occupied by APW Bangsar, a creative space for the community. The plot of land was having a total area of 6033.37sqm while after the setback, the proposed land was having a 4749.98sqm buildable area.
